What probably killed Attila the Hun on his wedding night in 453 CE?

From the story
The Hunnic Emperor Who Died on His Wedding Night in 453 CE of a Nosebleed Inside His Own Pavilion in Pannonia

Attila the Hun married a young woman named Ildico on a date in early 453 CE. He was found dead the next morning in his pavilion with blood on his face. The contemporary Roman ambassador Priscus of Panium recorded the death as accidental haemorrhage during drunken sleep. Several later sources propose poisoning. The Hunnic empire collapsed within a decade.
